Business Consultation Bookings: Any cancellations made by the customer after the booking has been confirmed will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee. However, if the cancellation is made by Kaptaan Business Solutions due to unforeseen circumstances, the consultation fee will be fully refunded to the customer.

Online Training Courses: Customers cannot cancel their purchase of online training courses once payment has been made. Once the payment has been processed, the customer will have access to the course materials, and no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions:
In exceptional cases, if a customer has a valid reason for canceling their booking or online training course purchase, they may contact Kaptaan Business Solutions to explain their situation. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and determine if a refund or credit can be issued.
